Blocked Manholes? Damaged Roads? Know where to file a complaint in Nagpur

Nagpur municipal Corporation Grievance Redressal

Worn-out roads, dysfunctional street lights, and overflowing manholes now feel like part of a Nagpurkar's daily life. It is a common sight for a new public utility such as a public toilet or a footpath being built for the convenience of people, only to be left in shambles after a few weeks. Ironically, these conveniences are proving to be an inconvenience to the common man in Nagpur.

All this may be fixed by complaining about these problems to the authorities such as the PWD or the Nagpur Municipal Corporation(NMC). But where to file a complaint? Which officer will be accountable for acting on these complaints?

There is a way to file a complaint about basic public utility issues to the NMC from the comfort of home. The NMC has a grievance redressal portal where a request or complaint can be registered. The portal can be visited using the link below.
